(1) How do I buy a game?

To buy a game that you have download from us, start the game and click on the "buy now" button in the window that appears before the actual game starts. Once finished, the game will automatically convert to a full version.

If you don't see this window, you probably have another version of the game. In this case please
click here to purchase the game using your web browser.


(2) When I try to download a game, a window pops up and asks me what to do

This is a security feature most modern web-browsers have to prevent
your computer from installing software without your permission.

We have a strict policy of scanning all our files with the latest anti-virus software to make sure the games are clean from all kinds of viruses and spyware.
You can always feel safe to install a game from our site!

(3) I bought a game from you a while ago. Recently my hard disc
broke down and I lost it. What can I do?

Follow the instructions that came with the original order receipt.
If you lost or forgot to print a copy of the receipt, we can dig it up
for you if you provide us the email adress and name the game was ordered in.


(4) How can I get your games on a CD?

We do not offer CDs ourselves, but if you order the games from our e-commerce partner BMT Micro (instead of the normal ordering system from within the game) you will have the option to get the game on a CD. Please click here to read more!
